Transactions with related entities

BEST is obliged to publish information about a significant transaction at the latest at the time of its conclusion. Such information includes in particular:

• the company (name) of the related entity with which the transaction is concluded or (in the case of related entities being natural persons) – their name and surname;
• a description of the relationship between the company and the related entity with which a significant transaction is concluded;
• date and value of the transaction;
• information necessary to assess whether a significant transaction was concluded on market terms and whether it is justified by the company’s interest and shareholders who are not related entities, including minority shareholders.
